Customer Success Analyst

The Customer Success Analyst is part of the Retail Solutions’ Global Customer Success Team.  The primary responsibilities include managing some of the world’s largest consumer goods manufacturing companies, providing value-based services to our customers, assisting in our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications, contributing to internal cross-functional projects, and performing all other customer success analyst related functions.



  • Delivery of written and verbal communications while upholding RSi’s Service Standards and Philosophy both internally and with customers
  • Assist customers with integrating advanced Excel reports into RSi products
  • Research and diagnose incoming customer inquiries regarding data
  • Provide functional support of inquiries related to RSI products
  • Development of Customer Success Center collateral for internal and external stakeholders
  • Set up standard reports for new weekly/monthly reporting customers
  • Assist customer with managing user profiles, including additions, modifications and removals
  • Serve as cross-functional stakeholder for new RSi initiatives
  • Project management
  • Assist with service delivery where there are product gaps may exist
  • Assist in new Customer Success Center employee training



  • Strong verbal, technical and written skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite of applications, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Experience interfacing with customers
  • Maintain strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business)
  • Retailer or FMCG experience is a plus
  • Multiple spoken languages are a plus
  • SalesForce and ZenDesk experience are preferred
  • Tableau experience preferred
