Technical Success Manager

This role is responsible for providing implementation, delivery, and ongoing technical support of RSi’s On-shelf Availability (OSA) applications and other advanced applications in the RSi portfolio. The Technical Success Manager will act as the subject matter and technical expert for these applications and will work in close collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, Production Operations, and Customer Success. The role is critical to rollout, adoption, value-creation, and overall customer success related to advanced applications and works to guide and enable the customer and internal teams.  This person must welcome the opportunity to act in a leadership role in driving solutions delivery and customer retention.    



  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to influence product roadmap, design, and development based upon customer feedback.
  • Provide technical product support to Customer Success and Production Operations during customer rollout and implementation to ensure a seamless delivery of products and solutions that drive customer adoption.
  • Continuously improve internal processes and workflow to improve customer experience, maximize efficiency of internal teams, and drive improved results.
  • Act as a technical product expert for the RSi advanced applications product portfolio during initial rollout/implementation and ongoing support.
  • Become a trusted advisor to both customers and internal teams for best practices on implementation, adoption, and value-creation related to RSi’s advanced applications.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed technical and business documentation related to the rollout, support, and ongoing optimization of RSi advanced applications. 
  • Engage in proofs-of-concept and customer pilot activities as needed to support sales opportunities, and act as trusted advisor from the beginning of the customer relationship.
  • Other duties as required.



  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Professional Services, Software Engineering, or Technical Project Management involving large customer accounts in an enterprise software environment.
  • Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry is required.
  • Experience with supply chain and/or demand planning is required.
  • University Degree (Master’s Degree preferred) with high marks from a recognized university; Emphasis in economics/business, engineering, operations research, information systems, statistics and/or mathematics is preferred.
  • Very strong oral and written communication skills in English are required.
  • Skilled in the use of MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good interpersonal skills; formal presentation and/or sales skills a plus.
  • Prior experience with Agile development methodologies a great plus.
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to produce clear and concise documentation.
  • Ability to present complex ideas in user-friendly language.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Experience working with distributed teams
  • Travel to company and customer offices, trade events, and other locations as required.
